Data Controller

Nomi acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Discord bot and web dashboard. This includes Discord user IDs, server IDs, moderation records, and ticket transcripts.

Lawful Basis

We process personal data based on legitimate interests (providing moderation and server management services) and consent (when server admins add the bot and configure features).

Data Subject Rights

Under GDPR, you may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your data. Use the /privacy command or contact our support server. Server owners can request full server data export or deletion.

Data Transfers

Bot data is processed and stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Appropriate technical and administrative measures are in place to protect your data.
