How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Information We Collect

When you add Nomi to a Discord server, we collect server IDs, channel IDs, user IDs, and message metadata necessary for moderation, ticket management, and logging features. We do not store message content beyond what is needed for active moderation actions and ticket transcripts.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate bot features: moderation logs, ticket history, auto-mod rules, and dashboard analytics. We never sell your personal data or Discord information to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Moderation logs and ticket transcripts are retained for 90 days by default (configurable per server). Dashboard authentication uses Discord OAuth2 with minimal scopes.

Your Rights

Server owners can request full data deletion by removing Nomi and contacting the team via our support server. Individual users can open a ticket in our support server or use the n!verilerim command to request deletion of their data.
