Acceptance of Terms

By adding Nomi to your Discord server or using the Nomi dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

Use of Services

You may use Nomi only for lawful purposes within Discord's Terms of Service. Server administrators are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately and ensuring it is not used for harassment or abuse.

Bot Permissions

Nomi requires certain Discord permissions to function (e.g., Manage Messages, Ban Members, Manage Roles). You are responsible for reviewing and approving the permissions requested during the invite process.

Limitation of Liability

Nomi is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any moderation actions taken by the bot based on your configuration, data loss, or service interruptions.

Termination

We may restrict a server's access to Nomi for violations of these terms or Discord's ToS. You can remove the bot from your server at any time to terminate usage.
